Even though I was not born in Colorado, I feel that I am a native due
to the fact that I have been here since grade school. I attended
Colorado State University, and did graduate work at the University of
Colorado. My banking career began in 1973 when I started working for a
finance company and has carried onto three credit unions, one large
downtown bank, and three community banks similar in size to High Plains
Bank. My lending experience covers just about every facet possible,
including mortgage underwriting, purchasing dealer paper, consumer
lending ranging from unsecured loans to secured loans, customized
business loans, small business loans, and detailed commercial
transactions involving asset-based collateral. I have made loans to
doctors, attorneys, accountants, owners of small restaurants, gasoline
stations, hardware stores, ice cream parlors, hair salons, and travel
agencies, just to name a few. At High Plains Bank we will work
with every prospective borrower, to customize a loan that will fit his
or her needs. |
